- My name is John, and I love a lot of things. I love to swim, I love food, I love to travel, and, of course, I love my wife, Diane. Before we start a family, i hope to accomplish one big dream-- complete an Ironman race! I've dreamt of being an ironman ever since I was small, and grew up an avid swimmer and lifter. But, in the last few years, I've lost my way. So, here I am, a 5'4", 220 lb office sitter and tv watcher that's overstressed, under-rested, poorly eating, and tired of being that way. My ultimate goal is to be the healthiest, strongest, fittest me I can be for both myself and my family. So, here's my first shot at it!

John has been hustled by street children in Nepal, Thailand, Hong Kong, Morocco, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and the Philippines.
Matt has had infrequent success with the ladies of Bolivia, Chile, Peru, Ecaudor, China, Hong Kong, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, France, Nicaragua, and Mexico.
